No Change of Mind Returns

  • Ordering the wrong item

    Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

    To assist with your claim, you must provide:

    • Your order number
    • A description of the issue
    • Clear photographs of the received product
    • A full unboxing video showing the package being opened and the issue identified

    Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may not be approved.

    Once we have reviewed and confirmed the issue, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement item, store credit, or a full refund.

    Refunds

    If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.

    Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

    Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to be reflected in your account.

    Lost or Delayed Shipments

    Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

    If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the matter.
